• The order process

  1. After browsing through the catalogues and having made up your mind about your order, send us a request for a quotation via the site.

  2. An estimate will be sent to you as soon as possible with any questions you may have about your order to ensure that
  to offer you the best service.

  3. Once all your questions and wishes are clear, a summary of the order is sent to you.
  You should then check that there are no errors.

  This is then in our possession:
  The desired textile (brands, references, …)
  The colour of the textile
  Textile sizes
  The number of textiles
  The logo(s) (in accordance with the required standards)
  The printing colour
  Places to print

  4. Once the order has been confirmed, we send you the payment details. Payment is due at the time of order confirmation.

  5. A few days before the production of the order, we send you a preview to validate.
  The order is not produced without your agreement. It is therefore important to validate the preview as soon as possible.

  6. Once the order has been produced, we deliver your order to your home (DPD, UPS,…).
  However, we are also available by appointment in Brussels and Louvain-la-Neuve.

   

• The delivery time

  Our production time is about two weeks when all textiles are in stock with our suppliers.

  Delivery is generally made within 24 hours anywhere in Belgium once the order has been completed.

  It is possible for us to carry out urgent orders within a very short period of time on a case-by-case basis.

• After sales service

  Maisons Clothes by Graphibe wants to distinguish itself by its outstanding service.

  Outstanding because we aim for a long-term relationship through attractive pricing and exemplary product quality. We are convinced that it is thanks to these points that we build a long-term relationship with our customers.

  This is why we have a real after-sales service that takes care of any problems you may encounter with your order. We analyse where the problem comes from and propose real solutions so that your order meets your initial expectations.

  (Please note that we obviously and unfortunately cannot take responsibility for mistakes made by customers).

• File format

  You can send us any document under the following conditions:

  • If it is an image document, it must be in tif, psd or jpg format (Be careful with jpg, the compression must be null or, failing that, as low as possible). The resolution must be at least 200 pixels per inch (dpi) at the desired size for printing.
  • If it is a vectorial document in .ai, .pdf or .eps format, make sure that the text is vectorised or send us the font used.

  When your order contains flex personalisations (surname, first name, nickname, totem, quali,…), you must send us an Excel file with several columns already sorted. For example: Column 1 MEN or WOMAN, column 2 SIZE (S, M, L,…), column 3 SURNAME (Caberu, Kodiak,…).

  Do not send files created from OpenOffice as there are too often compatibility problems.

  If you need graphic retouching, please contact us so that we can evaluate together the work to be done.

• Printing colors

  For screen printing, the choice of a printing colour is very precise. We use the Pantone references (Explanation here) to print your order in the exact colours of your choice.

  To do so, you must provide us with the exact references desired for your order, via a paper Pantone Notebook.

  If you do not have such a booklet, you can use a page like this one:

  keeping in mind that a colour on screen will not be identical to the print colour.

  In case you only give us the name of the colour (example: yellow, purple, navy blue,…), we will use the reference colour for that same colour. However, there are a large number of shades for each colour.

  For flocking, there are a number of predefined general colours. We will use the flex closest to the requested colour. It is also a good idea to match the screen printing colour with the flex colour as much as possible when mixing these techniques.

  For multi-color flock and transfer, we will use the colour contained in the file supplied for direct printing.

  For embroidery, we also use the Pantone textile references.

• Samples

  Choosing the right size is important, especially for large groups.

  That’s why Maisons Clothes by Graphibe gives you the opportunity to order samples according to certain rules.

  We can provide you with samples against payment of a deposit. This will be deducted from the total amount of the final order and the samples will be printed as part of the order (it is up to you to take care of them and bring them back in time for printing).

  As the samples can no longer be sold, if they are not to your liking, they will not be taken back or refunded.

• Textile size

  Size tables are available for all brands. If you do not find them in our catalogue or on our reference sites, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can provide you with them.

  You can also order samples (see sample point).

• Available textile

  There are a few textile wholesalers in Europe who reference several thousand models in their warehouses. We buy the textiles you order from these wholesalers. If the wholesalers do not have the ordered textile in stock, you will have to wait for the time of a European restocking or change the model.

• Catalogue

  Our online catalogue is a non-exhaustive selection of the products we offer. Indeed, it includes only the best-selling products, but we have no product limit. An infinite range is available on request, do not hesitate, if you want a more precise product, to contact us and we will find together a solution adapted to your needs.
