• Screen printing

  This is our core business. It allows us to carry out our impressions
  on most textile supports and some objects.

  It is a direct ink printing process using the stencil principle.

• Embroidery

  Embroidery is an exceptional marking with a long life and a very good rendering. Despite its slightly higher price than other available techniques, it is possible to personalise your textiles with your name or totem from the very first piece, and this at a democratic price. For slightly more complicated logos, it is advisable to make a minimum of 6 pieces in order to minimise fixed costs. Do not hesitate to contact us for information about embroidery.

• Vinyl and Multi color vinyl

  A vinyl or polyurethane film is cut with a digital cutter which is then thermo-pressed onto the garment. This technique is widely used for sports equipment, small series or individualised productions (different name or number on each support).

  PROS

  • Small series and individual customisation.
  • Solidity and durability.

  CONS

  • The pattern must be free of fine details, colour gradients and must be vectorisable.

   

• Digital printing

  We print directly on the textile or object with a state-of-the-art industrial printer. Exceptional rendering without constraints.

  • Small series and unique piece possible.
  • No colour limit, starting from one piece.
  • Possibility to personalise all colours of textiles.
  • Solidity and durability over time.

  CONS

  • It must be printed flat.

• Transfer printing

  Transfer printing is carried out on a special paper and transferred hot onto the textile. This technique is suitable for printing on caps, bags or supports that are inaccessible to conventional screen printing. It also allows optimal printing on certain materials that are also inaccessible to screen printing.

• Flocking

  Flock printing or flocking consists of sticking velvet on your support. Vintage look is guaranteed and the material is very pleasant to the touch.

• Laser transfer

  The laser transfer allows you to personalise one or more white cotton textiles in colour for a very democratic price. Mainly used for events, this technique will meet your expectations for all gifts and small series.

• Sublimation

  Sublimation is a process that allows you to print 100% white polyester textile with an unlimited number of colours (cycling polo shirts, basketball players…).

• Laser engraving

  Laser engraving consists of removing a thin layer of material. During engraving, the intensity of the laser radiation causes the material to melt or evaporate. Laser engraving is similar to a printer.

  • Colour depends on the textile and laser power.

• Pad printing

  Pad printing is the process of stamping a surface with a pad that deposits ink. This marking technique is very flexible and can therefore be used to mark almost any object, surface or material.

  • Allows you to decorate non-regular shapes.
  • Allows you to decorate a wide range of materials.
  • Allows very small series to be produced easily.

  CONS

  • Print size is limited.
  • Pad printing on flexible materials deteriorates over time.

• Doming

  Doming consists of putting a resin dome on a printed support.

  Embossing is a technique that aims to create relief shapes in paper or other deformable material.
